Carter Snay is the lead manager for the Datacenter Technologies Testing Service, which assists in managing testing efforts across various datacenter technologies at the University of New Hampshire’s InterOperability Lab (IOL), with a primary focus on the NVMe protocol space. His past and current areas of work include NVMe test plan development and Arm SystemReady testing. Starting in Spring 2024, Carter has become involved in the IOL effort to expand New Hampshire’s blockchain education resources.

He is an attorney and real estate broker, and is currently serving as a New Hampshire State Representative. Calvin previously was a partner in a bitcoin ATM operator in northern New Hampshire, also serving as its Bank Secrecy Act Officer.
