Matthew Ping

Treasurer

Matthew Ping is a Real Estate Broker of Ledgeview Commercial and has experience in sales and property management. A cryptocurrency and blockchain enthusiast, Matthew has coordinated a local Bitcoin and crypto meetup since 2016. He believes these technologies will transform the real estate industry and is dedicated to exploring and implementing these innovative solutions. Matthew is actively working to make a positive impact on the community he loves and also serves as treasurer for We Heart West, a non-profit focused on preserving neighborhood vibrancy of West Manchester.

Keith Ammon

Chair

Keith is a four-term NH State Rep from New Boston, running for reelection. Current Vice Chair of House Commerce and Consumer Affairs, past Municipal/County Government and Science, Technology, and Energy committee member. Former Assistant Majority Whip. Served on the Governor’s Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets Commission and Chaired the Commission to Investigate Next-Generation Nuclear Reactor Technology. Early Bitcoin enthusiast and blockchain policy pioneer. Software developer, recreational pilot, and advocate for NH’s “Live Free or Die” tradition.

Carter Snay

Membership Director

Carter Snay is the lead manager for the Datacenter Technologies Testing Service, who assists in managing the testing efforts across the different datacenter technologies across the IOL, primarily working in the NVMe protocol space. His past and current areas of work include NVMe test plan development and Arm SystemReady testing, and now, starting in Spring 2024, Carter has become involved in the IOL effort to expand New Hampshire’s Blockchain education resources.

Ian is an experienced civil and constitutional litigator and policy advocate, successfully lobbying for bills to protect civil liberties. He has published academic work on the legal implications of the blockchain and is passionate about the intersection of law and technology.
