Kyle Baker serves as the Senior Manager of Government Relations for RYP Granite Strategies, bringing over a decade of experience in New Hampshire politics, public policy, and the legislative process.
He has represented clients across a wide range of sectors, including traditional financial services institutions, emerging decentralized finance and fintech companies, technology firms, energy and solid waste infrastructure providers, and both large and small non-profits.
His practice focuses on closely monitoring and analyzing legislative and regulatory proposals, engaging directly with legislators, executive branch officials, and agency staff, and crafting clear, effective advocacy strategies that deliver results in Concord. He has a strong track record of helping innovative businesses and mission-driven organizations navigate complex and evolving regulatory frameworks, particularly where financial services, digital assets, and technology converge.

Mike Dennehy is co-founder of Dennehy & Bouley LLC and a public affairs advisor with over 30 years in political and public policy work since 1991. He served as national political director for Senator John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign and was an early member of McCain’s team as New Hampshire Campaign Manager and New England Political Director (1999-2000). Mike has led successful gubernatorial campaigns for Craig Benson (2002) and Steve Merrill (1992, 1994), and previously served as Executive Director of the New Hampshire Republican Party, Republican National Committeeman, and Liaison to the Executive Council for Governor Stephen Merrill. He has also advised Texas Governor Rick Perry, Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour, and Texas Senator Phil Gramm, and is a frequent commentator in local and national media.
Mike is passionate about the transformative potential of blockchain technology, digital assets, and innovation-friendly public policy. He believes New Hampshire is uniquely positioned to become a national leader in the blockchain economy by embracing responsible innovation, attracting investment, creating high-quality jobs, and fostering long-term economic growth. He is committed to helping ensure the Granite State remains at the forefront of emerging technologies, creating new opportunities for businesses, entrepreneurs, and residents alike.
Beyond politics, Mike is deeply committed to advocacy for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He founded the nonprofit Next Step Living, Inc. to develop housing and independent living opportunities for people with disabilities, served as past Chair of Special Olympics New Hampshire, and launched the Concord Golden Eagles Special Olympics program.
When he’s not working, Mike can often be found riding his horses and enjoying the outdoors of New Hampshire with his wife, Joya.
Matthew Ping is a Real Estate Broker of Ledgeview Commercial and has experience in sales and property management. A cryptocurrency and blockchain enthusiast, Matthew has coordinated a local Bitcoin and crypto meetup since 2016. He believes these technologies will transform the real estate industry and is dedicated to exploring and implementing these innovative solutions. Matthew is actively working to make a positive impact on the community he loves and also serves as treasurer for We Heart West, a non-profit focused on preserving neighborhood vibrancy of West Manchester.
Ian is an experienced civil and constitutional litigator and policy advocate, successfully lobbying for bills to protect civil liberties. He has published academic work on the legal implications of the blockchain and is passionate about the intersection of law and technology.
Carter Snay is the lead manager for the Datacenter Technologies Testing Service, which assists in managing testing efforts across various datacenter technologies at the University of New Hampshire’s InterOperability Lab (IOL), with a primary focus on the NVMe protocol space. His past and current areas of work include NVMe test plan development and Arm SystemReady testing. Starting in Spring 2024, Carter has become involved in the IOL effort to expand New Hampshire’s blockchain education resources.
Calvin Beaulier is a longtime cryptocurrency enthusiast, buying his first bitcoin on Mt. Gox. He is an attorney and real estate broker, and is currently serving as a New Hampshire State Representative. Calvin previously was a partner in a bitcoin ATM operator in northern New Hampshire, also serving as its Bank Secrecy Act Officer. He holds a BA in International Relations from American University and a JD/DCL from Louisiana State University. Calvin is excited about his work with the New Hampshire Blockchain Council and is passionate about advancing decentralized technologies that empower individuals to store and transfer wealth worldwide. His goal is to help make New Hampshire the best jurisdiction in the world for blockchain finance and technology.
Keith Ammon is a five-term NH State Rep from New Boston. Majority Floor Leader and member of the House Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee. Served previously on Municipal and County Government & Science, Technology, and Energy committees. Previously Vice Chair of House Commerce and Assistant Majority Whip. Served on the Governor’s Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets Commission and Chaired the Commission to Investigate Next-Generation Nuclear Reactor Technology. Early Bitcoin enthusiast and blockchain policy pioneer. Software developer, recreational pilot, and advocate for NH’s “Live Free or Die” tradition.
