Michael Costable, Jr.
Michael is a three term NH State Representative that has been involved in legislation regarding bitcoin de-regulation, comprehensive trust law re-write, energy policy and food freedom. Michael first got involved in blockchain technology by mining Bitcoin in 2013. Outside of politics Michael helps operate small scale homestead the Garden of Freedom along with his wife. You can find them selling pies, eggs, produce and micro-greens in local farmers markets.
Mark Warden
Mark has been aware of and curious about blockchain and cryptocurrency since 2012 when he purchased a pint of honey for one bitcoin. As a real estate broker, he oversaw the first transaction in New Hampshire in which a property was purchased/sold for bitcoin. Mark has served four terms in the NH legislature and volunteers as a board member for a local nonprofit.
James Kahn
James Kahn is a Technical Manager and Senior Developer for Datacenter Technologies at UNH’s InterOperability Laboratory. He helps manage the software development and testing efforts across multiple datacenter technologies, primarily NVMe and Fibre Channel. Focused on educating and training future developers in new technologies while also providing a neutral independent testing environment. James is looking to help advanced New Hampshire’s education and development of Blockchain technologies. James has completed a Computer Science BS and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.
Mark Buntsev
Mark Buntsev is the current CTO of Nestor Technologies headquartered in Manchester, NH. Currently owns and operates cryptocurrency mining operations throughout the United States with experience in NH, NY, KS, KY, FL, and NC. Mark has a heavy focus on ancillary services to provide grid stabilization through various slow and fast-acting demand response programs. Mark has been an expert witness for crypto mining lawsuits both domestically and internationally.
Matthew Ping

Matthew Ping is a Real Estate Broker of Ledgeview Commercial and has experience in sales and property management. A cryptocurrency and blockchain enthusiast, Matthew has coordinated a local Bitcoin and crypto meetup since 2016. He believes these technologies will transform the real estate industry and is dedicated to exploring and implementing these innovative solutions. Matthew is actively working to make a positive impact on the community he loves and also serves as treasurer for We Heart West, a non-profit focused on preserving neighborhood vibrancy of West Manchester.

Carter Snay
Membership Director
Carter Snay is the lead manager for the Datacenter Technologies Testing Service, who assists in managing the testing efforts across the different datacenter technologies across the IOL, primarily working in the NVMe protocol space. His past and current areas of work include NVMe test plan development and Arm SystemReady testing, and now, starting in Spring 2024, Carter has become involved in the IOL effort to expand New Hampshire’s Blockchain education resources.
Isaac A. Fithian
Isaac Fithian oversees in-house manufacturing, remote field operations, and assists with special R&D projects for Cathedra Bitcoin. Prior to joining Cathedra, Isaac was a founding member of Great American Mining, a Bitcoin mining company focused on off-grid operations, where he designed and built prototype modular data centers, maintained fleet up-time, and was responsible for remote management logistics. He is also the co-founder of ASIC Shepherd, a New Hampshire based software company dedicated to automating Bitcoin mining facilities.
Dr. Michael D. Norman
Dr. Michael D. Norman is the Director of Token Economics & Engineering at Consensys and the founder of PlexMark Consulting. Mike was previously the Head of Crypto & Web3 at The MITRE Corporation, a not-for-profit operator of Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs). He received his Ph.D. in Complex Adaptive Systems from Florida Atlantic University where he studied decentralized system design via agent-based simulation. He received his B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Andrew Schwab
Andy is a New Hampshire native, technologist, founder, and combat veteran. He has been involved in the blockchain industry as an engineer, DAO contributor, infrastructure provider, and member of Governor Sununu’s Commission on Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets. Andy is interested in the civic utility of consensus systems; user ownership of digital services; and provenance mechanisms that empower good-faith community participation. He currently lives and works in Manchester developing software to enable and protect digital communities.
Mackay Glines Grant
Mackay, from New Hampshire, recently graduated from Suffolk University in Boston and has been involved in blockchain since 2016, starting as a trader and miner. He now serves on the board of directors at blockchainacceleration.org and runs his own tech advisory business. His clients include dYdX Exchange.
Ian Huyett
Policy Director
Ian is an experienced civil and constitutional litigator and policy advocate, successfully lobbying for bills to protect civil liberties. He has published academic work on the legal implications of the blockchain and is passionate about the intersection of law and technology.
Gigi Brisson
In 2017, Gigi Brisson joined Global Blockchain Business Council as a Founding Member and served as a Director until October 2021. In 2020, she served as Treasurer. She continues to serve as Ambassador to Environment. Gigi Brisson is a Co-founder and Partner of Attractor, an entity which included a hedge fund, Attractor Investment Management (AIM), which invested in high-tech companies, primarily in software. Gigi has a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business.
Jenny Feng
Jenny teaches at Boston University School of Law. She is an experienced lawyer in the financial service and banking industry. Jenny has also provided legal and strategic support to small businesses and startups in the biotech and high-tech industries. She is interested in AI, blockchain, and crypto assets, learning the developments in this field while contributing to it through research, advocacy, and volunteering. In her earlier career, Jenny was a public service fellow for Honorable Elizabeth Stong in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York and interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Jeff Lapak
Jeff Lapak is the Director of the University of New Hampshire's InterOperability Laboratory (UNH-IOL) where he leads the globally recognized 3rd party test lab for data communication technologies. The UNH-IOL has 30+ years of experience and is part of UNH’s research office. The lab employs 30 staff and over 100 undergraduate and graduate students who contribute to over 40+ different technology standards and groups. Jeff also is the Executive Director of the UNHI Venture Studio and for Director of Operations for the UNH Collaborative Core Wet Lab, formerly the UNH COVID lab.

Keith is a four-term NH State Rep from New Boston, running for reelection. Current Vice Chair of House Commerce and Consumer Affairs, past Municipal/County Government and Science, Technology, and Energy committee member. Former Assistant Majority Whip. Served on the Governor’s Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets Commission and Chaired the Commission to Investigate Next-Generation Nuclear Reactor Technology. Early Bitcoin enthusiast and blockchain policy pioneer. Software developer, recreational pilot, and advocate for NH's "Live Free or Die" tradition.
